Grassroots management work has its own characteristics and difficulties, and improving the level of grassroots management is also a common concern of the Party and the people. Grassroots work is intricate and complex, and it is necessary to achieve orderly management while also warming people's hearts and consolidating consensus. Only by fully leveraging the political leadership role of grassroots party organizations in a grassroots governance system that combines autonomy, rule of law, and moral governance can we continue to promote the modernization of the grassroots governance system and governance capacity. Every move, word, and action in grassroots work are seen and remembered by the masses. Every measure taken in grassroots work directly affects the vital interests of the general public. The grassroots governance system led by the Party organization, which combines autonomy, rule of law, and moral governance, must clearly reflect the value stance of putting the people first. The tea market in Wu Village, for example, was built with the help of the village party branch and relevant government departments, and was jointly vacated by several farmers. There are many similar things: Bao'an District in Shenzhen has learned and practiced the "Four Down to the Grassroots" approach, carried out the "Heart at Night Talk" interview activity, and had face-to-face conversations with the masses about people's livelihoods, listening to demands, and discussing suggestions; Fengcheng City, Jiangxi Province is building a "one elderly and one small" happiness home in the community, allowing the public to "stay at home and community" for elderly care and childcare. With the efforts of grassroots workers, the difficulties in people's lives and the "bumps" in their hearts are being resolved. It has been proven that grassroots workers think for the people, and with the warmth of grassroots management work, the people will support, automatically participate, and work together to do a good job. The focus of social governance is at the grassroots level, and the leadership of the Party is the biggest "ballast stone". To strengthen and innovate social governance, we must continue to strengthen the core leadership role of the Party in grassroots organizations, create a grassroots social governance pattern of co construction, co governance, and sharing, and achieve a positive interaction between social governance, economic development, and people's livelihood improvement. In this way, an effective grassroots governance system combining autonomy, rule of law, and moral governance will be formed. Grassroots party organizations play a leading and driving role in the region horizontally, and vertically transmit social conditions and public opinion, ensuring close integration and positive interaction between grassroots party building and governance. Only by effectively leveraging the role of grassroots party organizations as battle fortresses and the exemplary role of party members can we form a grassroots social governance system centered on grassroots party organizations and with diverse participation and co governance.
