From "staying on the island for minor illnesses" to "relying on serious illnesses", Shiye Town, Zhenjiang City, Jiangsu Province, is a small island in the middle of the Yangtze River. The permanent population is over 10000, and residents mainly rely on the town health center for medical treatment. Collaborate with municipal hospitals in Zhenjiang to establish a general and specialized joint outpatient clinic, with experts assigned to provide services on the island on a regular basis; Standardized management has been carried out for more than 2200 patients with hypertension and diabetes in the whole town...
