At around 10 o'clock local time, the formation ships Urumqi, Linyi, and Dongpinghu, flying the flags of China and Mozambique, slowly entered the port of Maputo. More than 200 people, including representatives of the Mozambican military, staff of the Chinese Embassy in Mozambique, representatives of overseas Chinese and Chinese enterprises, arrived at the dock to welcome them.
