The "Several Measures" have constructed an innovation platform system that serves the entire process of industry, academia, and research from three dimensions: supporting the construction of demonstration bases for industry, academia, and research in Macau universities, supporting the construction of innovation platforms, and supporting the construction of technology entrepreneurship incubation carriers. Among them, the cooperation zone will promote the landing of a number of scientific research platforms that are in line with the direction of industrial development and have a significant role in leading and supporting scientific and technological innovation. Each platform will receive a maximum of 100 million yuan in financial support, and support the aggregation of high-end innovation resources at home and abroad. In addition, the "Several Measures" proposed support measures from four aspects: organizing innovation and entrepreneurship competitions, attracting high-tech enterprises, attracting specialized and innovative enterprises, and attracting unicorn enterprises. It is mentioned that the cooperation zone will hold innovation and entrepreneurship competitions worldwide, select innovative projects with core key technologies and good industrialization prospects to settle in the cooperation zone or Macau, and provide support of up to 100 million yuan to individual enterprises; Provide a maximum reward of 20 million yuan to recognized unicorn enterprises, and provide a maximum annual R&D subsidy of 20 million yuan for three consecutive years; A one-time reward of 4 million yuan, 3 million yuan, and 800000 yuan will be given to specialized, refined, and new key "little giant" enterprises, specialized, refined, and new "little giant" enterprises, as well as specialized, refined, and new small and medium-sized enterprises that have been identified or newly relocated.
