On the 22nd, Hong Kong Zhonghua Gas Co., Ltd. and Guangdong Saifang Technology Co., Ltd. respectively signed strategic cooperation agreements with Super Fusion Digital Technology Co., Ltd. The three parties will work together to promote the implementation of high-quality computing infrastructure and services in Hong Kong, and develop RISC-V architecture chips with the code name "Lion Rock" to release new momentum for the development of new quality productivity. The signing ceremony was held in Hong Kong on the same day. According to the cooperation agreement, Super Fusion will provide industry-leading intelligent computing products to assist Hong Kong Zhonghua Gas in strengthening cloud computing, databases, and memory computing, and accelerate the digital transformation of enterprises; Super Fusion will also collaborate with Saifang Technology to establish a joint innovation center in Hong Kong, developing RISC-V architecture chips specifically designed for data center scenarios, codenamed "Lion Mountain". The relevant chip technology will be applied to the intelligent computing products of Super Fusion to enhance their service capabilities. Li Jiajie, Chairman of Hong Kong China Gas Limited, stated that the digital technology room is an important engine for developing new quality productivity. We hope to leverage the introduction of hyper fusion computing infrastructure and services to promote the intelligent and green transformation and upgrading of the energy industry, while also cooperating with the high-quality development of national computing infrastructure to further enhance the rapid development of Hong Kong's semiconductor industry and digital new infrastructure.
