Meanwhile, the commercial application of intellectual property can bring enormous economic benefits to enterprises and enhance their economic strength. Strengthening the judicial protection of intellectual property rights is of great significance for promoting high-quality economic development. With the rapid development of the global economy and the continuous deepening of technological progress, intellectual property has gradually become an important indicator of the competitiveness of countries and enterprises. On March 15th, the National Courts held a teleconference to study and implement the spirit of the National People's Congress and the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference. The conference called for a profound understanding that protecting intellectual property rights is protecting innovation, and protecting innovation is serving to accelerate the development of new productive forces. Judicial protection and regulation should be coordinated, and active performance and service should be emphasized. Value orientation should be conveyed through case trials, guiding enterprises to invest more energy and resources in innovative development, and continuously injecting judicial momentum to accelerate the development of new productive forces. To comprehensively build a socialist modernized country, we must start from the national strategic height and the requirements of entering a new stage of development, comprehensively strengthen the protection of intellectual property rights, promote the construction of a modern economic system, stimulate the innovation vitality of the whole society, and promote the construction of a new development pattern. In September 2021, the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the State Council issued the Outline for Building a Strong Intellectual Property Country (2021-2035), proposing to adhere to the rule of law protection and strict protection. Implement the basic strategy of comprehensively governing the country according to law, strictly protect intellectual property rights in accordance with the law, and effectively safeguard social fairness and justice as well as the legitimate rights and interests of rights holders. The above discussion and documents indicate the direction of intellectual property protection work in China, and make important deployments and provide fundamental guidance for intellectual property protection work.
