Promote the completion of the revision of the implementation rules of the Patent Law, include the revision of the Trademark Law in the legislative plan of the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress, conduct research on the revision of the Regulations on the Protection of Integrated Circuit Layout Design, and complete the formulation of the Measures for the Protection of Geographical Indication Products and the Regulations on the Registration and Management of Collective and Certification Trademarks. Significant progress has been made in intellectual property legislation, and the legal protection of intellectual property has been effectively strengthened. Collaborative protection of intellectual property rights has reached a new level. In February 2023, the Supreme People's Court and the China National Intellectual Property Administration jointly issued the Opinions on Strengthening the Collaborative Protection of Intellectual Property, improved 13 specific measures to link the administrative protection and judicial protection of intellectual property, and promoted the construction of a working pattern of "strict protection, large protection, rapid protection, and simultaneous protection" of intellectual property. In December 2023, the CPC Central Committee and the State Council approved the establishment of an inter ministerial joint meeting system for the construction of a national intellectual property power. The joint meeting is composed of 29 member units, including the China National Intellectual Property Administration, the Central Propaganda Department, the Supreme People's Court, the Supreme People's Procuratorate, and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
