Faced with a new round of technological revolution and industrial transformation, we must seize opportunities, increase innovation efforts, cultivate and strengthen emerging industries, advance the layout and construction of future industries, and improve the modern industrial system. To develop new quality productive forces is not to ignore or abandon traditional industries. It is necessary to prevent the mass rush, foam and a model. He first expressed his support for the government work report, fully acknowledging the new progress and achievements made in the economic and social development of Jiangsu. He hoped that Jiangsu would strengthen its confidence, muster up enthusiasm, and bravely take on major responsibilities, making greater contributions to the overall situation of the country. To highlight the key of building a modern industrial system with advanced manufacturing as the backbone, guided by technological innovation, we will coordinate the upgrading of traditional industries, the growth of emerging industries, and the cultivation of future industries. We will strengthen the deep integration of scientific and technological innovation and industrial innovation, consolidate the leading position of traditional industries, accelerate the construction of strategic emerging industry clusters with international competitiveness, and make Jiangsu an important battlefield for the development of new quality productivity. Around the construction of a high-level socialist market economy system, accelerate the improvement of market economy basic systems such as property rights protection, market access, fair competition, and social credit. Improve and implement the "two unwavering" institutional mechanisms, support the development and growth of the private economy and private enterprises, and stimulate the endogenous driving force and innovative vitality of various business entities. Deepen the reform of the science and technology system, education system, talent system, etc., and break through the bottlenecks that hinder the development of new quality productive forces. Continuously building a market-oriented, legal, and internationalized first-class business environment, and shaping new advantages of a higher-level open economy. Jiangsu needs to fully integrate and serve the development of the Yangtze River Economic Belt and the integrated development strategy of the Yangtze River Delta, and strengthen cooperation with other regional development strategies and regions
