"Bridge" sees the hardcore strength of "China Construction" (brand theory)

When it comes to Lingdingyang, the first impression is of grandeur, for two reasons: firstly, the Southern Song Dynasty poet Wen Tianxiang once wrote poems in Lingdingyang that have been passed down for generations; The second is that there are many Chinese miracles of engineering construction on the Lingdingyang River nowadays, such as the Lingdingyang Bridge. The Lingdingyang Bridge is one of the control projects of the Shenzhong Passage, demonstrating the hardcore strength of "built in China". During the construction process of the Lingdingyang Bridge, the bridge builders overcame one global technical challenge after another, creating multiple world records. In recent years, China's bridge construction has shown numerous highlights, accumulated a lot of construction experience, and innovated many hardcore technologies. Foundation construction technology is one of the representatives. Bridges can be built in steep mountains or on broad sea surfaces, with complex terrain and landforms. There is no fixed construction pattern to follow, and different ways and methods need to be explored. The seabed of Lingdingyang is filled with flowing plastic silt, making it even more difficult to stabilize the bridge. The construction team has innovatively adopted a complete set of construction techniques such as soft foundation treatment in the sea, cofferdam island construction, and ground connected wall grooving, ensuring that the bridge stands steadily in the sea. The world's tallest bridge, the Hangrui Expressway Guizhou Beipanjiang Bridge, is built on karst terrain. The bridge has 264 pile foundations, and almost every pile foundation encountered a karst cave during excavation. Bridge builders dig holes and inject grout to secure each pile foundation, ensuring the safety of the bridge. Wind resistance is a global challenge in bridge construction, and some foreign bridges collapsed shortly after being built and opened to traffic due to strong winds. Chinese bridges face various types of wind, such as sea surface winds and canyon winds, and the technologies used are also the ones that builders have painstakingly researched and explored. The Lancang River Bridge in Yunnan Province is located in the "V" shaped deep valley on the western edge of the the Yunnan-Guizhou Plateau. The wind in the valley is changeable, and both construction and traffic are facing great challenges. Bridge builders use steel tube concrete instead of ordinary concrete to make the bridge more sturdy and wind resistant. During construction, the use of "secondary vertical rotation" and the use of mountain splicing steel structures effectively avoided the influence of canyon winds, resulting in the smooth closure and opening of the bridge to traffic. The builders of the Lingdingyang Bridge have developed a new type of combined aerodynamic control technology after more than three years of research, which can resist typhoons of level 17 and effectively avoid the impact of sea surface winds on the bridge. In the process of building a cross sea bridge, there has also been significant progress in the construction technology of underwater tunnels. Part of the deep middle passage where the Lingdingyang Bridge is located is an underwater tunnel, which uses steel shell immersed tube tunnel technology. Compared to conventional reinforced concrete structures, steel shell immersed tube tunnels have better performance and are more energy-efficient. China has completely independent intellectual property rights to this technology. These hardcore technologies are just the tip of the iceberg in China's bridge building technology. They have made bridges that used to only exist in imagination a reality, promoting China's economic development and benefiting the people. Behind the hardcore technology lies the Chinese bridge builders who constantly explore and innovate. It is their hard work, dedication, and overcoming difficulties that have led to one miracle after another in the construction of Chinese bridges today, and have also impressed the world with Chinese bridges.
