After 29 years of working, Wang Qiong monitored the water quality of the Yangtze River water source with a "true" attitude, paid attention to the changes of the Yangtze River water ecology, and kept the tap water fine and safe. She has won honors such as Hubei Jingchu Craftsman, Hubei Chief Technician, and Wuhan model worker. In 2023, Wang Qiong was elected as a delegate to the 14th National People's Congress. Over the past year, she has led a team to carry out technical research and provide guarantees for the hygiene of drinking water; Be a good ambassador for the promotion of the "Digital Porpoise" project and promote the ecological protection of the Yangtze River.
