The city's court enforcement officers are racing against time, using evenings and holidays to concentrate on searching for clues about the executed person or property, and promoting the execution of cases. This operation also fully utilizes the supervision, command, and rapid response role of the execution command center, strengthens online and offline property inspection and control measures, and makes full use of various compulsory measures such as restricting consumption, being included in the dishonest list, restricting exit, detention, fines, etc. It is reported that Beijing courts have always maintained a smooth "green channel" for cases involving people's livelihoods, implementing the "three priorities" principle of priority filing, priority execution, and priority payment of execution funds. They have established expedited execution teams or specialized teams to handle cases, timely investigate and control the property of the executed person, accelerate property disposal, and simplify the approval and payment procedures for executed funds that have already been received, Strive to distribute the money to the rights holders in the shortest possible time.
