Maltese citizens and local tourists enjoyed a wonderful Hanfu show on the streets of the ancient Mediterranean city of Valletta on the 17th. More than 20 Chinese and foreign female Hanfu enthusiasts dressed in Hanfu, either holding a fan or carrying palace lanterns, strolled leisurely in the gentle breeze of the Mediterranean. The Hanfu Show is held by the Chinese Cultural Center in Malta. Hanfu enthusiasts walk through the main street of Valletta, walk to St. George's Square, and cross the main street again to reach the Fountain Square of the Three Sea Gods. The graceful figure dressed in oriental attire has made local people and tourists exclaim from time to time, and many people stop to take photos. On February 17th, Hanfu enthusiasts participated in the Hanfu Show in Valletta, Malta. Lian Travers, a young tourist from Belgium, told reporters that although she has never been to China, the "Hanfu Show" has opened her eyes and allowed her to experience the charm of traditional Chinese clothing. Noemi Calisto, who is studying at the University of Malta and comes from Italy, has been busy filming for his classmates participating in the Hanfu Show. She told reporters that she particularly likes the colors of Hanfu and the different hairstyles and accessories she matches, and she also wants to wear them if she has the opportunity. When the "Hanfu Show" team arrived at the main street, street singer Benjamin Grima paused his program and specially sang the song "The Moon Represents My Heart" to present these beautiful figures. He said that the Hanfu Show was a beautiful scenic spot in Valletta that day. During the preparation process of the Hanfu Show, enthusiasts enthusiastically registered, and 23 volunteers from Malta, Poland, Italy, China, and other countries actively participated in the rehearsal. Chamain Zamet, who works at the Ministry of Education in Malta, said that the design and colors of Hanfu are beautiful, and she is "deeply proud" to showcase Hanfu. Martina Villa, a design student at the University of Malta, said that this was her first time wearing a beautiful Hanfu and she was very impressed. In the future, she will also consider incorporating traditional Chinese elements into her designs. Yuan Yuan, director of Malta's Chinese Culture Center, said that the "Han Costume Show" celebrated the arrival of the the Year of the Loong in China with the beauty of costumes that have worn for thousands of years, and was warmly welcomed by local people and international tourists. The successful hosting of the Hanfu Show also reflects the charm of Chinese culture and the influence and driving force of cultural exchange and mutual learning between China and the West in promoting people to people, enhancing mutual understanding, and deepening friendship.
