Recently, the Chinese Cultural Center in Paris, located on the banks of the Seine River, held a "Happy Spring Festival" garden party. More than 300 French friends walked into the cultural center to learn about traditional Chinese cultural customs during the Spring Festival and celebrate the Dragon Year Spring Festival together.
