Director of the London Economic and Trade Office, Luo Xin'an, delivered a speech to the audience before the film screening, "Director Wong Kar wai's legendary career is a model of the 'Hong Kong story', confirming that global talents can find development opportunities in Hong Kong. Director Wong cleverly interprets the unique combination of Chinese and Western cultures in Hong Kong through the lens, and presents a vibrant cultural atmosphere in Hong Kong."
