Practice has shown that adhering to bottom line thinking and enhancing awareness of risks and challenges are important ideological, working, and leadership methods for our party to overcome risks and challenges, and continuously move from victory to victory. At present, China's development has entered a period of coexistence of strategic opportunities and risks, with an increase in uncertain and unpredictable factors. Various "black swan" and "gray rhinoceros" events may occur at any time. Predicting risks is a prerequisite for risk prevention, and grasping the direction of risks is the key to seeking strategic initiative. To adhere to bottom line thinking, one must have the ability to see and understand potential risks, to know where the risks are, what their manifestations are, and what their development trends will be.
