The National Consumers Association's complaint and consultation information system will be optimized, upgraded, and officially launched for operation. The China Consumers Association will explore the creation of a "consumer association has words" work brand, with the characteristics of exposing criticism, dispelling consumer rumors, and warning prompts, closely following consumer hot topics, and proposing consumer association opinions; We will also focus on hot consumption issues and major events in the consumption field, actively carry out theoretical and practical research on consumer rights protection, and propose legislative or regulatory suggestions.
