In winter, there are many types of heart pain, not all of which are heart diseases

Once when I went out of the clinic, I saw four patients who were feeling uncomfortable in their chest and mouth all morning. Their expressions were similar: they felt pain and discomfort in their chest and mouth when they went out in the morning, but by noon, they felt much better. I conducted a detailed examination on four patients and confirmed that they all suffer from coronary heart disease. During the consultation, everyone unanimously asked, "Does any discomfort in the heart and mouth cavity mean that a heart attack is about to occur?"? Related studies have shown that winter is the most difficult season for patients with coronary heart disease, with significantly higher incidence of angina and myocardial infarction compared to other seasons. However, not all heart pains are related to heart disease. The following situations need to be carefully identified. One type is shingles. The incidence rate of the disease is high in the elderly, and the pain may be located in the chest. Before the rash appears, it should be carefully identified. The pain of herpes zoster is quite severe, like electric shock or knife cutting, and it has a characteristic that it will intensify the pain when touched or rubbed. The second is rib injury and rib inflammation. The former sometimes feels no pain without touching, but there is obvious pain when taking deep breaths; The latter intensifies pain when compressed, while angina generally does not have a "pressing pain" situation. The third is pulmonary embolism. This is a fatal disease that, in addition to chest pain, can also present with symptoms such as difficulty breathing and coughing up blood. Unlike angina, which is painful when it attacks and not when it doesn't, the pain caused by pulmonary embolism is persistent. The fourth is chest neuralgia. For example, intercostal neuralgia, often a momentary stabbing pain that flashes by, is significantly different from angina pectoris characterized by compression, tightness, and tightness. The fifth is cardiac neurosis. For a brief dull pain, the location is mainly near the left chest below the breast. The symptoms often appear after fatigue (sometimes can also tolerate heavy physical activity without special discomfort), and mild activities usually feel very comfortable. In addition, patients with cardiac neurosis often unconsciously sigh and may also experience symptoms such as palpitations, fatigue, and other neurasthenia.
