Li Chao believes that this is mainly due to two factors. From the supply side perspective, the implementation of various policies to assist and benefit enterprises has been detailed, reducing some factor costs and tax costs. In addition, with the continuous recovery of enterprise production, the scale effect has been enhanced, reducing the unit cost of industrial enterprises and promoting the improvement of enterprise profit margins.
