It emphasizes the use of key emerging technologies to achieve defense strategic goals, clarifies the expansion of the scope of authority of US intelligence agencies, and plans to promote the combat application of cyberspace technology. Japan has launched new versions of documents such as the Defense White Paper, the Concept of Space Security, and the Defense Technology Guidelines 2023, proposing measures for the construction of space security, clarifying the target route, key tasks, and policy support for Japan's defense technology development.
