Recently, the General Office of the Guangdong Provincial Committee of the Communist Party of China and the General Office of the Guangdong Provincial People's Government issued the "Implementation Plan for Further Strengthening Financial and Accounting Supervision Work" and issued a notice, requiring all regions and departments to conscientiously implement it based on actual conditions. Intensify financial and accounting supervision in key areas, improve work mechanisms, crack down on illegal and irregular financial and accounting behaviors, and enhance the efficiency of financial and accounting supervision. By 2025, establish a financial and accounting supervision system with clear division of labor and clear responsibilities; Establish a basic mechanism for financial and accounting supervision that includes horizontal coordination, vertical linkage, and integrated coordination; The financial and accounting supervision system is more perfect, the informatization level is significantly improved, the quality of the supervision team is constantly improved, and the financial and accounting supervision function is better played, which plays an important guarantee role for Guangdong to take the lead in promoting the construction of Chinese path to modernization. 2、 Further improve the financial and accounting supervision system (1) Strengthen the Party's leadership over financial and accounting supervision work. Adhere to strengthening the comprehensive leadership of the Party and the centralized and unified leadership of the Party Central Committee, implement the Party's leadership in all aspects of the entire process of financial and accounting supervision, and ensure the effective implementation of major decisions and deployments of the Party Central Committee and the State Council. The provincial government shall establish a provincial-level financial and accounting supervision and coordination mechanism, coordinate the implementation of financial and accounting supervision work throughout the province, and strengthen the supervision and guidance of lower level financial and accounting supervision work. The third level governments of cities, counties, and towns should establish a mechanism for financial and accounting supervision and coordination, and organize the implementation of local financial and accounting supervision work. （2） Fulfill the main responsibility of financial and accounting supervision in accordance with the law. The financial departments at all levels are the main responsible departments for financial and accounting supervision at their respective levels, leading the organization of supervision over the implementation of laws, regulations, and rules on financial, financial, and accounting management. The primary task of financial and accounting supervision is to promote the implementation of major decisions and deployments made by the Party Central Committee and the State Council. Focusing on major deployments such as deepening supply side structural reform, ensuring and improving people's livelihoods, and implementing fiscal reform measures, we will strengthen supervision of the implementation of financial and tax regulations and policies, budget management, and fiscal funds, and focus on solving prominent problems such as fiscal revenue and expenditure contradictions and fiscal operational risks; Focusing on the exercise of public power in the financial and economic field, strengthening supervision over asset management, government procurement, internal control, financial management, and accounting behavior, we will seriously investigate and deal with prominent problems such as untrue and non compliant fiscal revenue, illegal construction of buildings and offices, disorderly establishment of fiscal special accounts, illegal disposal of assets, illegal addition of local government implicit debts, and illegal PPP projects; Focusing on the finance of state-owned enterprises, listed companies, financial enterprises, etc
