"Technology enterprise incubators are an important component of the innovation and entrepreneurship ecosystem, playing an important supporting role in promoting the transformation of scientific and technological achievements, cultivating high-tech enterprises, and promoting the development of high-precision and cutting-edge industries." This city will support incubators to actively connect with national strategic scientific and technological forces and top strategic scientists, and carry out advanced and in-depth incubation towards the forefront of world science and technology; Support the layout of high-energy incubators in key industrial areas, and strengthen the pivotal role of incubators in the industrial innovation ecosystem; Encourage leading enterprises to build industry incubators, support cooperation between leading enterprises and incubators, and achieve innovation and integration of large, medium, and small enterprises. A group of hard technological innovation achievements in the fields of artificial intelligence and biomedicine have taken the lead in landing. Zhang Yulei revealed that in 2022, this city will take the lead in piloting the construction of 10 leading benchmark incubators and 13 cultivation benchmark incubators nationwide.
