Recently, in order to implement the decisions and arrangements of the Party Central Committee and the State Council, support the post disaster recovery and reconstruction, and improve the ability of disaster prevention, mitigation and relief, the National Development and Reform Commission, in accordance with the project and treasury bond amount determined by the implementation mechanism of additional treasury bond issuance projects, negotiated with relevant departments to issue the list of the first batch of additional treasury bond issuance projects in 2023. The first batch of project lists includes post disaster recovery and reconstruction, enhancing disaster prevention and reduction capabilities, high standard farmland construction in disaster stricken areas such as Northeast China and Beijing Tianjin Hebei, and key projects in the field of comprehensive natural disaster prevention and control system construction. The National Development and Reform Commission requires all regions to further accelerate the preliminary work of projects, accelerate the allocation and use of funds, strengthen project supervision, promote project construction with high quality, and quickly form physical workload.
