On December 6th, under the warm winter sun, Donggecuona Lake in Qinghai Province complements the distant snow capped mountains. Overlooking the lake, the blue-green water surface and white ice layer complement each other, presenting a beautiful scene of "half lake, clear water, and half lake ice". Donggecuona Lake is located in Maduo County, Golog Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture, Qinghai Province, with an altitude of over 4000 meters. Donggecuona Lake means "Black Sea", and because it is surrounded by thousands of mountains, it also means "a lake surrounded by a thousand mountains.". (Lai Xin She)
