Relying on the Chinese Academy of Electric Power Sciences, the company has established a national grid punctuality system with the "three hydrogen and three cesium" atomic clock group as the core. Through continuous technological innovation, the company has built a four level time-frequency synchronization system for State Grid Corporation of China, achieving the transmission and application of Chinese standard time between grid side equipment and systems, At present, it has been applied in power scenarios such as power consumption information collection systems, key management systems, and power dispatch time application evaluation systems, providing a time-frequency value foundation guarantee for the construction of new power systems and the construction of power spot trading markets.
