The fundamental purpose of promoting the rule of law related to foreign affairs is to use governance methods to better safeguard the interests of the country and the people, promote the progress of international rule of law, and promote the construction of a community with a shared future for mankind. （2） The work of foreign-related rule of law is a systematic project that involves a wide range and strong linkage. It must coordinate domestic and international development and security, adhere to forward-looking thinking, global planning, strategic layout, and overall promotion, strengthen top-level design, and promote foreign-related legislation, enforcement, judiciary, compliance, and legal services in an integrated manner, forming a large-scale collaborative pattern of foreign-related rule of law work.
