On November 21st, the mobilization meeting for the "Hundred Meetings and Ten Thousand Enterprises to Promote the Development of Ten Thousand Villages" initiative (hereinafter referred to as the "Hundred Meetings and Ten Thousand Enterprises Action") was held in Heyuan. The author understands that the "Hundred Meetings and Ten Thousand Enterprises Action" follows the principle of "county needs, chamber of commerce capabilities", takes into account local development needs and the resource advantages of chamber of commerce organizations, and guides the provincial chamber of commerce organizations to pair up and jointly build with 109 agricultural counties (cities, districts) through a "one-on-one", "one-to-many", and "many to one" approach. Focusing on the development of county-level economy, assisting in cultivating a group of characteristic industrial projects, cultivating a group of high-quality rural talents, establishing a group of agricultural product sales channels, improving a group of rural infrastructure, organizing a group of chambers of commerce party organizations, and partnering to jointly build regional party branches. According to data from the Provincial Federation of Industry and Commerce, as of now, 6204 private enterprises have participated in the "Ten Thousand Enterprises Revitalizing Ten Thousand Villages Action" to assist the "Ten Million Project", paired up to assist 4957 villages, implemented 6670 assistance projects, and donated 2.728 billion yuan. The mobilization meeting to leverage the resource advantages of chambers of commerce to promote county-level development introduced that the "Hundred Meetings and Ten Thousand Enterprises Action" will be divided into three target stages: by 2023, 122 provincial-level chambers of commerce will be organized to establish pairing relationships with 109 agricultural counties (cities, districts); In 2024, local associations of industry and commerce will organize local chambers of commerce and mobilize Guangdong chambers of commerce in other provinces based on local conditions and corresponding assistance relationships, and collaborate with towns (villages) in local or corresponding assistance areas to build partnerships; By 2027, a cooperative pattern of joint construction, sharing, and mutual benefit will be basically formed through the "Hundred Meetings and Ten Thousand Enterprises Action". The political leadership, collaborative governance, platform expansion, and membership service capabilities of the Chamber of Commerce will be significantly improved, and initial results will be achieved in the areas of paired organizational construction, industrial development, talent cultivation, cultural integration, and ecological protection. How can the "Chamber of Commerce" accurately connect with the "county needs"? This year, the Provincial Federation of Industry and Commerce has designated 15 parks including Shenzhen Yantian (Dongyuan) Industrial Transfer Park as key industrial parks supported by the Provincial Federation of Industry and Commerce and the Chamber of Commerce for orderly industrial transfer. The relevant person in charge of the Provincial Federation of Industry and Commerce stated that various chambers of commerce should continue to guide enterprises to actively carry out industrial docking in key industrial parks, closely combine their own advantages with the resources, ecology, culture, and other advantages of the eastern and northwestern regions of Guangdong, seize the opportunity for orderly industrial transfer, and extend the layout of the industrial chain.
