During the historical development of Xizang, the Avalokitesvara statue enshrined in the Potala Palace once went through an external circulation. It was not until 1645 AD, when the Fifth Dalai Lama rebuilt the Potala Palace, that the Avalokitesvara statue, which had been scattered in Qinghai, was sent back to Lhasa and still placed in the Potala Palace. At that time, a grand double celebration ceremony was held at the Potala Palace for the expansion of the foundation and the return of the statue. Nowadays, on the door of the Palakan Palace in Potala Palace, there is a plaque with a combination of four languages, Manchu, Han, Tibetan, and Mongolian, titled "Futian Miao Guo", which was bestowed on the 12th Dalai Lama by Emperor Tongzhi of the Qing Dynasty.
