As a key force to promote economic development, improve people's livelihood and respond to global challenges, scientific and technological innovation is a key area of joint construction of the "the Belt and Road" and a key direction of common concern of all countries. In the past 10 years, China has signed intergovernmental scientific and technological cooperation agreements with more than 80 countries that have jointly built the "the Belt and Road", and established intellectual property cooperation relations with more than 50 countries that have jointly built the "the Belt and Road". More than 50 "the Belt and Road" joint laboratories have been built in the fields of health, transportation, materials, energy, etc., and more than 20 agricultural technology demonstration centers and more than 70 overseas industrial parks have been built in the country. China has established 9 cross-border technology transfer centers for ASEAN, Africa, Latin America, and other countries, and has held over 300 technical exchange and docking activities, promoting the landing of over a thousand cooperation projects. We have supported more than 10000 young scientists from the "the Belt and Road" countries to engage in short-term scientific research and exchanges in China, and trained more than 16000 science and technology and management personnel from the "the Belt and Road" countries. We believe that with the support of the China Hungary Technology Transfer Center, more Hungarian Chinese enterprises, research institutions, and universities will cooperate, and both sides will benefit the people of both countries and even the world through joint research and innovation. He introduced that the China Hungary Technology Transfer Center, headquartered in Chongqing, has increasingly become a national level technology transfer platform; The Sino Hungarian Food Science Cooperation Research Center, jointly established by Southwest University and the Food Science Research Institute of the Hungarian University of Agriculture and Life Sciences, has achieved fruitful joint research results. "The 'the Belt and Road' initiative was proposed by China, but it belongs to the world, which has injected positive energy into the prosperity and development of the world." Mustafa Shenhu, President of the World Federation of Engineering Organizations, said in his speech that China has built good infrastructure, cultivated outstanding engineers and first-class enterprises, and a large number of landmark cooperation projects such as railways, ports, airports have been completed and put into operation in the world, There are also a large number of "the Belt and Road" projects in Nigeria, its motherland. He said that the World Federation of Engineering Organizations is the largest non-governmental engineering organization established under the initiative and support of UNESCO. At present, its members cover 93 countries and regions. Through its engineering network in the "the Belt and Road" partners, the Federation can jointly formulate a feasible and sustainable growth plan to achieve China's common goal of promoting and promoting sustainable development under the "the Belt and Road" initiative.
