'Replacing plastic with bamboo' refers to the process and activity of replacing plastic products with bamboo products, mainly including the complete or partial replacement of plastic products with all bamboo products and bamboo based composite materials. The action plan proposes that by 2025, the industrial system of "replacing plastic with bamboo" will be preliminarily established, product quality, product types, industrial scale, and comprehensive benefits will be further improved, and the market share of key products will significantly increase. Compared with 2022, the comprehensive added value of the main products of "replacing plastic with bamboo" has increased by more than 20%, and the comprehensive utilization rate of bamboo has increased by 20 percentage points. The action plan deploys actions to enhance technological innovation, cultivate industrial ecology, promote production and sales coordination, replace key scenarios, lead distinctive regions, guide social publicity, and promote international exchange and cooperation.
