The meeting heard speeches by Lou Qinjian, Chairman of the Foreign Affairs Committee of the National People's Congress, on the Treaty between the People's Republic of China and the Republic of Colombia on the Transfer of Sentenced Persons, the Extradition Treaty between the People's Republic of China and the Republic of Mauritius, and the Protocol against the Illicit Manufacturing of and Trafficking in Firearms, Their Parts and Components and Ammunition supplementing the United Nations Convention against Transnational Organized Crime Report on the review of the Convention on the Privileges and Immunities of the Secretariat of the Conference on Interaction and Confidence-building Measures in Asia, its personnel, and representatives of member states, as well as the Convention on the International Organization of Navigation Marks, and the draft decision on ratification and accession. The meeting heard a report by Liu Qi, Secretary General of the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress, on the review of appointment and removal cases. The Chairman's Meeting has decided to submit the revised draft of the above-mentioned draft to the Standing Committee for review.
