At the provincial level, a supervision mechanism has been established, which includes "monthly key reports from major leaders, quarterly special scheduling from responsible leaders, and daily on-site research by business departments", achieving full coverage of on-site supervision in prefecture and city areas, and more than three on-site inspections in key prefecture and city areas, and consolidating local responsibilities. At the same time, we actively strive for central funding and explore the allocation of project law. This year, provincial-level special funds will focus on supporting 15 projects in the eastern and northwestern regions of Guangdong through the project law. To improve the above "three rates", Guangdong has improved the accuracy, effectiveness, and standardization of its work by improving policy systems, strengthening publicity and guidance, and strengthening training and guidance. On the one hand, promote the "corridor revolution". Starting from eliminating building safety hazards and meeting the needs of residents, we will repair unit doors, staircase handrails, damaged parapets, etc., eliminate roof leakage and water seepage, and encourage units with conditions to install elevators. Since the beginning of this year, the province has renovated a total of 940000 meters of water supply and drainage pipelines, 166 residential areas connected to natural gas pipelines, 191 residential areas equipped with fire protection facilities, and installed 1343 elevators. The safety hazards in residential areas have been basically rectified. On the other hand, promote the "environmental revolution". Improve and transform the systematization of public areas in the community, by optimizing traffic flow lines, standardizing parking spaces, and renovating charging facilities, to fill the gaps in the supply of "one old and one small" services in the community, and comprehensively improve the living environment of residents. Since the beginning of this year, 333 residential areas have achieved garbage classification, 411 residential areas have achieved "three line regulation (land entry)", and 274 residential areas have implemented lighting facilities renovation. In addition, effectively implement the "management revolution" and improve the long-term management and maintenance mechanism. Since the beginning of this year, 105 residential areas have established party branches, 46 residential areas have established property owners' congresses and elected property owners' committees, and 109 residential areas have implemented property management.
