Recently, the Beijing Municipal Commission for Discipline Inspection and Supervision has formulated guidelines for the management and disposal of problem clues. This is the 27th normative document issued by the Municipal Commission for Discipline Inspection and Supervision since the education and rectification of the national disciplinary inspection and supervision cadre team has been carried out. The guidelines further clarify the operational procedures and flow charts for managing and handling problem clues, optimize the linkage mechanism of case handling procedures, strengthen internal supervision and constraints, and provide more guidance and practicality. "The relevant person in charge of the Regulations Office of the Beijing Municipal Commission for Discipline Inspection and Supervision introduced that the city's Commission for Discipline Inspection and Supervision has placed system construction in a prominent position, and has set up a special system construction team in the organization of the city's theme education and education rectification office, Responsible for promoting the transformation of educational achievements and strengthening the institutional system. Adhering to the combination of "current reform" and "long-term establishment", disciplinary inspection and supervision organs in various regions will establish regulations and systems throughout the entire process of theme education and educational rectification, emphasizing the simultaneous implementation of breaking regulations and practical application, continuously improving the level of work standardization, rule of law, and regularization, and promoting the formation of a long-term mechanism of strict management and governance. The Chongqing Municipal Commission for Discipline Inspection and Supervision conducted a special inspection on the planning, pre audit, cleaning, and reporting of the city's disciplinary inspection and supervision system. It was found that the system construction has problems such as low quality and uneven development, such as inaccurate grasp of the necessity of formulation and non-standard formulation content. Officials from relevant departments of the Municipal Commission for Discipline Inspection and Supervision introduced that the reasons for this are due to factors such as a lack of awareness and insufficient emphasis on institutional construction, as well as weak teams, gaps in ability and experience compared to the requirements of the new era's discipline inspection and supervision regulations and systems, as well as inadequate learning and implementation of relevant spirit. Focusing on the above issues, the Chongqing Municipal Commission for Discipline Inspection and Supervision has promoted relevant units to draw inferences from each other, deepen rectification, enhance the enthusiasm for system construction, proactive reporting awareness, and quality of system development. In addition, with a focus on addressing common issues in institutional construction, the Municipal Commission for Discipline Inspection and Supervision has promoted the formation of a joint force in institutional construction through the introduction of normative documents and methods for legal review, the establishment of a talent pool for regulations, and the selection of "example texts". This has filled the gaps in the legal and regulatory forces of grassroots disciplinary inspection and supervision institutions, increased overall planning efforts, and improved the scientific, systematic, and coordinated nature of institutional construction. According to the principle of "practicality, practicality, and ease of implementation", the Guizhou Provincial Commission for Discipline Inspection and Supervision thoroughly investigated the shortcomings of the system, listed 25 institutional mechanisms for plan formulation and revision, implemented ledger based management, project-based promotion, and tightened the responsibility of establishing regulations. At present, 8 systems have been introduced and 1 mechanism has been revised. For example, in response to issues such as inadequate investigation and handling of issues behind drunk driving, non-standard procedures, inaccurate evidence collection, and imbalanced disciplinary measures, the "Guiding Opinions on Standardizing the Handling of Cases of Drunken Driving Violations and Violations (Trial)" has been formulated. Relevant officials from the Guizhou Provincial Commission for Discipline Inspection and Supervision will introduce the following, Plan to develop normative documents for the supervision and management of disciplinary inspection and supervision cadres beyond the eight hour period, and improve the internal control mechanism. At the same time, the Guizhou Provincial Commission for Discipline Inspection and Supervision issued an evaluation plan for the implementation of the system, guiding the discipline inspection and supervision commissions of various cities (prefectures) and the dispatched (dispatched) institutions of the provincial commission for discipline inspection and supervision to conduct a thorough self-examination, sort out and summarize problems, and propose work suggestions.
