We need to further improve the mediation work pattern, do a good job in people's mediation, implement administrative mediation, strengthen judicial mediation, optimize professional mediation in the industry, and promote the coordination and linkage of various types of mediation. We need to further strengthen the leadership of the Party over mediation work, strengthen work guidance, compact the responsibilities of relevant departments, and care for the vast team of mediators.
