October 7th - AI and digitization are accelerating the disruption of skills supply and demand in the labor market. Recently, a "2024 Global Talent Trends Report" released by LinkedIn shows that by 2030, 65% of professional skills will change globally, and companies will be able to seize the opportunity by making good use of AI. The report states that the number of positions globally mentioning AI or GAI as keywords is 2.2 times higher than two years ago, and the number of applications for such positions is 17% higher than those positions that do not mention the aforementioned keywords. According to a recent survey released by LinkedIn on AI skills among employees in Asia Pacific companies, the time spent by employees in Asia Pacific companies learning AI related skills has increased by 65% in the past year, and 39% of people are concerned about not being able to keep up with the development speed of AI knowledge and tools in a timely manner. LinkedIn research has found that 80% of HR professionals currently believe that AI will serve as an important tool to help them focus on more strategic and humane work in the next five years; 61% of HR stated that they are launching AI driven training programs to support organizational growth, while another 61% of HR are already using AI related technologies to assist them in their daily work. In this context, LinkedIn recently released two new AI features for talent solutions and learning solutions - Recruiter 2024 (Enterprise Recruitment Account 2024 AI Edition) and AI powered Coaching (AI Intelligent Tutor). Wang Qian, General Manager of LinkedIn China, believes that "in the process of working with Chinese companies to deepen globalization and development, we have also seen many companies actively seeking innovation and change. LinkedIn hopes to use AI and big data-driven comprehensive overseas solutions, from talent strategy, brand building, to organizational growth, to help Chinese companies continue to grow on different overseas tracks and achieve stability and success
