Hong Kong's latest foreign exchange reserve assets of $415.7 billion

The Hong Kong Monetary Authority (HKMA) announced on the 6th that Hong Kong's official foreign exchange reserve assets at the end of September 2023 were $415.7 billion, a slight decrease of $2.7 billion from the $418.4 billion at the end of August 2023. The Monetary Authority stated that there were no outstanding foreign exchange contracts at the end of September 2023. The total amount of foreign exchange reserve assets worth 415.7 billion US dollars is more than five times the current currency of Hong Kong. (New News Agency)
