In terms of improving the resilience and security level of the industrial chain supply chain, a new provincial-level special fund for industrial foundation reconstruction has been established, fully promoting the industrial foundation reconstruction project and the special action of "100 chain resilience improvement" of the industrial chain supply chain. Promoting the digital and green transformation of the manufacturing industry is also a major focus. The report reveals that a total of 27500 industrial enterprises above designated size have been promoted for digital transformation, and more than 100 projects have been selected for national level digital manufacturing and industrial internet benchmark demonstration, with the number and demonstration effect ranking first in the country. The growth rate of industrial technology transformation investment was the highest in five years.
