Zhang Keke, President and Lecturer Professor of the Macau Institute of Space Technology and Applications, stated that on the basis of the successful implementation of the "Macau Science 1" satellite project, the Macau Institute of Space Technology and Applications will continue to promote the in orbit testing, scientific research, and industrial application of the "Macau Science 1" satellite, promoting high-quality development in the field of aerospace technology in Macau. At the ceremony, Zhang Keke signed memorandums of cooperation and scientific research cooperation agreements with representatives of 6 units, including Central South University, South University of Science and Technology, School of Earth and Space Sciences, University of Science and Technology of China, Beijing Tianlian Measurement and Control Technology Co., Ltd., National Space Science Data Center, and Chinese Academy of Sciences Shanghai Astronomical Observatory. The "Macau Science One" satellite twin was successfully launched on May 21, and all scientific payloads are currently operating normally.
