The docking and data submission between medical institutions and Beijing regulatory platforms will be included in the verification content. Medical institutions should establish specialized departments responsible for the management of medical quality, medical safety, pharmaceutical services, information technology, and other aspects of internet diagnosis and treatment, and establish corresponding management systems, including but not limited to the self inspection system for medical institutions in accordance with the law, medical quality and safety management system related to internet diagnosis and treatment, medical quality (safety) adverse event reporting system, medical personnel training and assessment system, patient informed consent system Prescription management system, electronic medical record management system, information system usage management system, etc. Medical institutions should prominently publish the electronic certificates and other information of medical personnel who provide internet diagnosis and treatment services on the internet diagnosis and treatment platform, in order to facilitate patient inquiries. Medical institutions should fully inform patients of the rules, requirements, and risks related to internet diagnosis and treatment, and obtain informed consent from patients before conducting internet diagnosis and treatment activities. The urban health administrative department shall establish an evaluation and exit mechanism for internet diagnosis and treatment activities in accordance with the "Regulations on the Management of Medical Institutions" and its implementation rules, in accordance with the requirements of the "Regulations on the Supervision of Internet Diagnosis and Treatment (Trial)". Physicians need to undergo real name authentication before receiving medical treatment, and there are detailed requirements for personnel supervision. For example, the method proposes that medical institutions should conduct real name authentication for medical personnel engaged in online diagnosis and treatment activities to ensure that medical personnel have legal qualifications. Physicians conducting online diagnosis and treatment activities should obtain corresponding professional qualifications in accordance with the law, have at least 3 years of independent clinical work experience, and obtain the consent of their registered medical institution. Medical personnel who engage in internet diagnosis and treatment activities in internet hospitals other than their main practice institutions should register or practice with multiple institutions in accordance with relevant national and municipal requirements.
