It is reported that the cases released this time are all prosecution cases, aiming to guide the procuratorial organs to balance "public welfare" and "litigation" in handling cases. In response to inadequate rectification, they are brave and adept at using legal means to initiate litigation to strengthen supervision effectiveness, efficiently stop illegal activities, repair damaged public welfare, solve problems in the form of "litigation", promote the governance of similar cases and litigation sources, and promote social progress.
