Since the summer transportation, Guangzhou Railway Group has sent an average of 1.945 million passengers per day, an increase of 65.8% compared to the same period last year. The daily average number of passenger trains operated has reached 2700, an increase of 8.8% compared to the same period in 2019. According to the Passenger Transport Department of Guangzhou Railway Group, since the summer transportation, the railway department has added 4118 passenger trains, including 3264 high-speed trains (including 258 high-speed trains at night). Based on changes in passenger flow and ticket pre-sales, Guangzhou Railway Group has accurately implemented the "one map per day" strategy, dynamically deployed transportation capacity tiers, and expanded the effective supply of transportation capacity to meet passenger travel needs through precise arrangements for high-speed trains at night, multiple trains, and the addition of ordinary speed trains.
