According to the monitoring of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs, on August 24th, the "Wholesale Price 200 Index of Agricultural Products" was 120.44, an increase of 0.14 points from the previous day. Recently, the sales of seasonal fruits and melons have grown rapidly, and the platform has increased its procurement efforts for seasonal fruits such as grapes, raisins, and prunes, resulting in sufficient supply of seasonal fruits. Feng Lin, a senior analyst at Dongfang Jincheng, stated in an interview with Securities Daily that the current "pig cycle" is in the stage of capacity release, and market demand is relatively mild. The trend of pork prices in the first half of the year was stable. Due to factors such as weather, vegetable supply has been sufficient since the beginning of the year, and the overall price level has continued to decline. The supply cycle of fruits is long, and under the trend of demand expansion driven by consumption upgrading, fruit prices have generally continued to rise since the beginning of the year. However, with the arrival of the peak supply season, fruit prices have continued to decline since July.
