The second is to improve the accessibility level of internet applications. A special action was carried out to guide 1735 websites and mobile apps closely related to people with disabilities and the elderly to complete the upgrading and renovation. The third is to expand the supply of accessible hardware products. Organize major domestic manufacturers of smartphones and smart TVs to continuously optimize the operation interface, simplify the operation process, and enhance the human-machine interaction experience of smart products. The fourth is to enhance the accessibility service capabilities of basic telecommunications enterprises. Deploying basic telecommunications enterprises to continuously improve traditional telecommunications service methods, setting up dedicated love channels and elderly seats in offline business halls, and launching exclusive discount rates, large bills and other services to provide convenience for disabled and elderly people to handle telecommunications services.
