The new land sea channel in western China is of great significance in promoting the high-level opening up of Western China. The General Administration of Customs recently released 15 key measures (hereinafter referred to as "15 measures") focusing on four aspects: smooth logistics, assistance in opening up, cultivation of industries, and optimization of the environment, in order to better support the construction of the new land sea channel in the western region. At a regular press briefing held by the General Administration of Customs recently, Wu Haiping, Director of the Comprehensive Business Department of the General Administration of Customs, said that the main content of the 15 key measures introduced by the customs can be summarized as "Four Better": firstly, to better promote the smooth flow of cross-border goods through channels.
