On the morning of the 2nd, a dangerous situation occurred near the Dongci Village Bridge in Yihezhuang Town, Zhuozhou City, and officers and soldiers rushed to the scene to rescue. Hebei Military Region dispatched more than 4000 militiamen to Zhangjiakou, Langfang, Baoding, Xingtai and other places for rescue and disaster relief. It has assisted in rescuing and transferring 35000 people, and coordinated and organized 136 Assault boat and 166 boat operators to rescue Zhuozhou.
