We should closely monitor weather changes, strengthen consultation and judgment, monitoring and early warning, and emergency linkage, closely monitor weak links such as mountain flood geological disaster risk areas, urban and rural low-lying areas prone to waterlogging, strengthen risk and hidden danger investigation, transfer threatened populations in advance, and strictly prevent group deaths and injuries.
