The Second Plenary Session of the Central Commission for Discipline Inspection emphasized the need to always maintain the flesh and blood connection between the Party and the people, and made arrangements to rectify unhealthy practices that do not respect the needs of the people and harm their emotions. To implement the major political task entrusted to the disciplinary inspection and supervision organs by the Party Central Committee, it is necessary to closely monitor the unhealthy tendencies that occur around the people, adhere to the principle of enforcing discipline and law for the people, and rectify and control chaos for the people, continuously winning the trust and trust of the people with new achievements in work style construction. Remembering that the hearts of the people are the greatest politics, and practicing the Party's purpose through practical actions to rectify the unhealthy tendencies around the masses. Strengthening the construction of work style must closely adhere to the key of maintaining the flesh and blood connection between the Party and the people. The starting point for the formulation of the Eight-point Regulation is to improve the work style to further connect with the masses, and the process of implementing the spirit of the Eight-point Regulation is to start from the style problems strongly reflected by the masses and continue to deepen and expand the process, from the eating and drinking of public funds under the eyes of the masses to ignoring the unhealthy tendencies that infringe on the interests of the masses. The masses will resolutely prevent and focus on the rectification of any problem that is strongly reflected by the masses. After ten years of continuous efforts to sharpen a sword, the unhealthy tendencies that have occurred around the masses have been effectively curbed, and the new party and political style has condensed the hearts of the party and the people. However, problems such as illegal eating and drinking, formalism that increases the burden on the grassroots, and inaction still occur from time to time, which not only hinder the implementation of the Party Central Committee's decision-making and deployment, but also affect the realization of the interests of the masses. When embarking on a new journey, the masses' yearning for a better life has generally shifted from "whether it is good or not" to "whether it is good or not". They have higher expectations for the good Party, government and people's conduct, and put forward higher requirements for earth building and strengthening of the Eight-point Regulation of the central government. The direction of the people is the direction of work. Discipline inspection and supervision organs should focus on the pain points, difficulties, and obstacles of the masses, put the rectification of unhealthy practices around the masses in a more prominent position, continuously enhance the sense of gain, happiness, and security of the masses, and consolidate the foundation of the Party's governance and rejuvenation of the country. Adhere to the problem oriented approach and resolutely stop the stubborn style of work that is strongly reflected by the masses. From the perspective of investigation and research, supervision and discipline enforcement, it can be seen that the phenomenon of inaction, disorderly behavior, and posturing in safeguarding the interests of the masses is relatively prominent. We should take the special rectification of unhealthy practices and corruption in the field of rural revitalization as the starting point, increase supervision and investigation efforts on work style issues that are strongly reflected by the masses, and promote the resolution of the urgent needs and anxieties of the masses. We must closely monitor the unhealthy trend of disregarding the reasonable demands of the masses, strengthen supervision around government service windows and positions for serving the people, and resolutely rectify the phenomenon of treating the masses as superior, outspoken, and serving the masses as evasive and perfunctory, so that the masses can feel the continuous improvement of the trend in each specific matter. We must closely monitor the unhealthy practices that infringe on the interests of the masses, and focus on rectifying intentional difficulties in administrative approval, supervision and law enforcement, arbitrary closure of shops, disturbance of residents and inspections during the period of creating cities and sanitation, and "one size fits all" problem of uprooting seedlings and cutting trees during land rectification and rehabilitation. We must strictly prevent the breeding and spread of various forms of barbaric operations, simple and rough practices, and other harmful practices. We must closely monitor the unhealthy practices of violating the will of the masses and causing harm to the people through labor and wealth, and thoroughly rectify the problems of piling bonsai and building archways, transforming livelihood projects into disturbing projects, blindly pursuing political achievements and reckless behavior in rural construction. We must urge party organizations and leading cadres at all levels to effectively use their time and energy to serve the elderly
