At present, the cumulative transmission of electricity by the Southern Power Grid through the transmission of electricity from the west to the east has reached 3000.2 billion kilowatt hours (referred to as "100 million kilowatt hours"), equivalent to 34 times the designed annual power generation of the Three Gorges Hydropower Station. Among them, clean energy such as hydropower accounts for about 80%, reducing coal consumption by over 700 million tons and reducing carbon dioxide emissions by about 1.9 billion tons. In order to ensure the stable supply of electricity in the five southern provinces and regions and promote the consumption of clean energy, We have made positive contributions to achieving carbon peak and carbon neutrality goals.
