At the same time, we will continue to accelerate the construction of "New Infrastructure" such as 5G base stations, Big data centers, artificial intelligence, and industrial Internet in inland cities of the Greater Bay Area, and accelerate the formation of a smooth internal circulation "New Infrastructure" network. Optimize the industrial structure and promote the high-quality development of the manufacturing industry. The Greater Bay Area has initially formed a modern industrial system with international competitiveness. The advanced manufacturing industry has developed rapidly, the electronic information industry belt on the east bank of the the Pearl River with international influence has begun to take shape, and the high-end equipment manufacturing belt on the west bank is under construction; Strategic emerging industries are constantly growing, and industries such as integrated circuits, biopharmaceuticals, and new energy and materials are rapidly emerging. Strategic emerging industry clusters are emerging; The modern service industry is accelerating its development, and the regional productive service industry is developing towards specialization and high-end extension of the value chain; The rapid rise of the marine economy has led to the rapid development of the marine transportation industry and marine equipment manufacturing industry. The manufacturing industry is the main body of the real economy. The Greater Bay Area can expand the scale of advanced manufacturing industry, consolidate the foundation of manufacturing development, continuously cultivate and expand the scale of industrial clusters, accelerate the transformation of development momentum, and promote the intelligent, digital, and green transformation of the manufacturing industry; Optimize industrial layout, promote regional synergy and linkage, and form a reasonable industrial division of labor pattern; Accelerate the pace of high-end manufacturing, promote the two-way integration of manufacturing and service industries, promote the transformation and upgrading of traditional manufacturing and the upgrading of industrial structure, especially improve the Total factor productivity and scientific and technological contribution rate of leading industries.
