The cooperation framework of the "Diamond Six Sides" between China and Cambodia has been continuously deepened and implemented, and positive progress has been made in the construction of the "Industrial Development Corridor" and "Fish and Rice Corridor". The series of celebrations for the 65th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between China and Cambodia and the Year of Friendship between China and Cambodia have been held in a lively and colorful manner. I attach great importance to the development of Cambodia–China relations relations and am willing to work with King Sihamoni to promote China Cambodia friendship to bear more fruits and bring tangible benefits to the two peoples. Sihamoni stated that the traditional friendship between Cambodia and China has a long history. On the same day, Premier Li Qiang of the State Council exchanged congratulatory messages with Prime Minister Hun Sen of Cambodia. Li Qiang said that this year is the 65th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between China and Cambodia–China relations and the year of China Cambodia friendship.
