Specifically, the above-mentioned Nanning City construction project covers a number of industrial projects with large investment scale and strong driving capacity, as well as a number of major projects that complement weaknesses and strengths, such as municipal infrastructure, education projects, social livelihood, etc., showing the characteristics of high technology content, large investment scale, strong radiation driving force, and good social effect; Major projects starting in Anhui and Hefei include industries such as data centers, semiconductor components, new energy vehicles, optoelectronic technology, and aerospace, with strategic emerging industries accounting for more than half of them. Zhang Yiqun, Vice Chairman of the Performance Management Special Committee of the China Finance Society, stated in an interview with Securities Daily that the construction of major projects in various regions in the second half of the year will show an overall acceleration trend compared to the first half of the year. The government's investment efforts will be further enhanced, and infrastructure investment to address weaknesses and strengths will continue to follow up, forming strong support for the economy. The government's major projects will focus on areas such as national food security, transportation network security, basic energy security, and communication information security, while major projects in the market will continue to focus on the development and application of new energy, new materials, and new technologies. Bai Yanfeng stated that major projects are mainly distributed in areas such as infrastructure and urban renewal.
